A custom CRM built for a German‑Polish company selling and installing windows, tailored to a specific operational workflow. The system covers the full customer delivery lifecycle in one internal panel – from quoting and orders, through logistics, to installations, settlements, and claims handling.
- Sales-to-delivery pipeline: quotes linked to customers, orders, measurements, deliveries, installations, and status tracking
- Finance & settlements: payment tracking, balances/costs control, and profitability summaries (margin/profit)
- Claims management: complaints module with deadlines, statuses, and action history
- Documents & attachments: centralized files per record (quote/order/installation) plus PDF document generation
- Logistics: loading lists and assigning orders to shipments/transports
- Communication: internal notes and activity logs, plus newsletter/subscribers for contact-base communication
