EML Cloud brings multiple mailboxes into one place and turns email into a searchable knowledge base. Messages and attachments are indexed, files are stored in the cloud, and users can quickly find information across mailboxes by content and key metadata.

• Mailbox aggregation: connect and manage multiple inboxes (e.g., Gmail and corporate mailboxes) in a single account
• Attachment handling: store files in external cloud storage (MyCloud) while keeping emails searchable
• Search that goes deeper: full-text search across message fields and inside attachments, with advanced filters (sender/recipient, subject/body, date range, size, “with attachments”) and paginated results
• User account area: usage summary (mailbox count, file count, total size), profile updates, password change
