Website for a municipal water utility: a content-heavy public portal paired with a CMS and an admin panel. The project supports day-to-day communication with residents (news, service updates, tenders) and internal workflows (forms and newsletters), with the option to maintain both PL and EN versions of the site.

• CMS & content: hierarchical pages, multiple news sections (including tenders and outages/maintenance updates), homepage blocks, sliders and popups
• Search & SEO: built-in content search, friendly URLs, a site map page (/mapa-strony), and a controlled downloads area (“files to download”)
• Media: photo galleries and an audio library with download support
• Forms & requests: contact, surveys/ratings, public-information requests, and multi-step submissions with attachments and PDF confirmation; anti-spam protection (reCAPTCHA) and email notifications
• Newsletter: newsletter creation and sending with audience segmentation, scheduled deliveries, click tracking, and Excel-based subscriber import
